Rude Management, Unwelcoming Environment As a visitor, my experience at this condominium complex was incredibly disappointing. The management team was extremely RUDE and unwelcoming, making me feel uncomfortable during my visit. Their lack of professionalism was evident from the moment I arrived. They literally spoiled my mood.I think it's time to change the representatives of the management! Hire a team who are pleasant, professional and lenient.

Today on 29 aug around 6pm, my kids are waiting at the lobby bcse its raining we cannot go outside, accidentally my daughter push one standing lamp. This is the 1st time experience my kids just feel a lil bored. I told to the security who incharge at the lobby tower 2 to just tell to the management if there is any damage or broken, for view minutes came Mr Hermansyah, he talk just a second to the security 'no no there is no damage' And then, i repeat to tell him 'if there is any damage please just tell me i put my contact to security incharge, he replied to me 'this is not the 1st time, second time is it? maybe before your kids with nanny waiting at the lobby' I replied this is 1st time and i take care my kids by myself. We never do this bfor, and its accidentally. I repeat again if there is any damage please just call me and i stay in 33rd floor, and he just replied to me 'you staying in 2-33-9, which is not. I tell him again my unit no, and i ask his name (so i can know the person from management named tht tell no damage), he answer but he tell me 'you new here bcse i never saw you' .. i repeat again i also never saw you (how come then with the judge if you never saw me).., he even ask my nationality to match his name with my nationality.. and again he ask again where is in Indonesia u stay? Do i have to answer that question, and i'm so confused, i think not even 1question that he ask or answer its relevan with the problem. If i'm on your position i think i just need to replied 'no damage as i know now, but incase there is.. i will contact to you again'. The security even got laugh after we ended the conversation. After all the security really got a quick response and take action.

Had a very unpleasant experience with the guards and the way they handled the situation. They gave us confusing instructions (or should I say barely any instructions) , said there's no visitors pass. Insist that the resident have to come down to tap us in. Later on they clamped our car for parking at the visitors parking without a visitors pass. When we went down to dispute the charge and to sort out the misunderstanding, the guards insists that we have to pay the RM 50. Any attempts from us trying to communicate the misunderstanding was faced with a: "leave your car here and come back in two days to speak to management if u want to dispute this charge". Ridiculous and poorly handled. The whole exchange felt like an extortion.

I’m working as expat and this duration I have experienced with some Sime Darby, The Veo and The Ridge is the best. Serini Melawati surround is nice, but the condominium management’s so far from the Sime Darby quality. Entrance security is so rude and don’t know how to talk with residents. Very unwelcoming to people, always unkindly and rude. And not even letting us know if any visitors come bc not even communicating with anyone wants to come in. Saying go and come by their hands very rude and unprofessional, especially the big guy. Me and my husband was planning to buy a house from a new project of Sime Darby but we cannot be sure Sime Darby quality will be continued as The Veo, The Ridge after a few months here.. I hope they won’t neglect to manage Serini..
